Jobot is working with a client in the Brookfield WI area looking to add a CNC Machine Maintenance Employee on 2nd shift (2 pm - 10 pm) and a 3rd Shift (10 pm - 6 am). The ideal candidate will have experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, equipment troubleshooting, and installation of equipment. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and repair of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to identify the root cause of problems and implement corrective actions
• Install new equipment and machinery, including electrical and mechanical components
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
• Continuously improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Open to 2nd or 3rd Shift
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Experience with the installation of equipment, including electrical and mechanical components
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints
