We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Permanent Producer to join our growing team in the Engineering industry. As a Permanent Producer, you will be at the forefront of our business operations, driving sales and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates. Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and distribution programs. Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales. Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
