We operate across four verticals in the Intra-logistic operations sector- 1) Robotics 4) Software 100% remote! (Mostly domestic, occasional international for our HQ visit) In general, must be open travels anywhere from 50-70% (without any constraints or limitations) Project Manager Reports To: VP- Projects and/or Dir- Projects Bachelor’s degree graduate ~3 years’ of experience in installation and commissioning of automation projects. ~Experience in industry of (Fixed & Flexible) Automated Material Handling Systems, Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics, 3PL - preferred ~Familiar with CAD to read drawings (Eplan, AutoCAD) and understand. ~Good English verbal and written communication skill ~Willingness to travel 65%-75% Develop project scopes and objectives, getting a sign off from the customer and the sales team, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical deliverables as per project scope ~Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects ~Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget ~Develop a detailed project plan along with explosion of BOM with design team to track progress ~Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs ~Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques ~Report and escalate to management as needed ~Work closely with international HQ team/ engineers for support ~Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders ~Perform risk management to minimize project risks ~Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and arrange internal weekly reviews with VP projects ~
