The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with a focus on medical case review. Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage Conducting thorough and detailed medical case reviews. Conducting and attending Independent Medical Examinations (IME's), Examinations Under Oath (EUO's), and recorded statements. Drafting legal documents and advising on personal injury matters. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the company's legal interests are protected. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in personal injury law and technology industry regulations. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. A current license to practice law in the state of Ohio. A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically with medical case reviews. Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
