This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Superintendent to support multiple remodel projects, including work in the DC area, California, and Hawaii. Full-time, direct hire opportunity We seek a personable, detail-oriented Traveling Superintendent to join our team, specializing in Commercial Interiors and Renovations within the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing projects of $5-10M related to hospital/healthcare or aviation and an active CQC certification. As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for: Leading the planning and implementation of projects related to commercial interiors and renovations Administering client-specific programs, such as CQC, Safety, Environmental Stewardship Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools AS degree in Construction Management or similar field with several years of practical experience (or a Journeyman status) in a building trade Five-plus years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or institutional general contractor engaged in general building and civil construction Current CQC certification issued by USACE / NAVFAC 1 is strongly preferred If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on exciting and challenging projects, we would love to hear from you.
