As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in management-side representation, offering strategic legal counsel on a broad spectrum of employment matters. Labor and Employment Attorney Proven employment litigation experience is required. Labor/union experience is a plus. Strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical and writing skills. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel on various employment-related matters, including but not limited to: Employment/independent contractor agreements.
