We're a DFW based Construction Firm that has been in business for over 40 years!

Our team is looking to make a long-term addition by adding a Project Manager to our team who has prior project experience building well known Grocery Stores such as Sprouts, Kroger, Tom Thumb, Whole Foods, HEB, etc.

Job Details

Job Details:

1. Overseeing all the stages of project procurement of materials life cycle management and equipment, from initiation to ensuring all
purchases completion.

2. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients. Implementing, contractors, comprehensive project plans and regulatory authorities to
be shared.
3. Monitor project progress with clients, upper management, identify potential issues, and and staff members implement solutions to
mitigate risks.
4. Ensure all construction activities comply with quality developing and managing standards, detailed budgets and safety
regulations schedules.
5. Prepare and present progress reports to ensure projects are delivered on to stakeholders, time and within budget.
6. Managing risks and issues and providing accurate and timely information on project status.
7. Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members, facilitating effective communication and the cross-functional
teams.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
2. Excellent project management skills skills: including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
3. 5+ years of experience.
4. Exceptional leadership and team in project management, specifically within the construction industry management skills,.
5. Proficiency in construction software.
6. Bachelor's Degree in a Construction related field is preferred.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
8. Strong business acumen on time and in project planning within budget.
9. Prior experience building grocery stores.
