Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop and monitor financial strategies and goals.
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor variances throughout the fiscal year.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and healthcare accounting standards.
Manage the payroll process and oversee employee compensation and benefits administration.
Directly supervise a team of two accounting professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, regulations, and accounting principles.
Proficient in financial management systems and software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
