Demonstrates a high level of performance in the Cash Posting employee role and effectively establish, prioritize, and balance the various duties of both the lead and employee roles. Provides first level support to the Cash Posting Representatives.

A technical professional who assists with the resolution of Cash Posting variances and ensure that timeliness and accuracy are optimized. Responsible for the monitoring of daily operational functions of the Cash Posting Department and will have daily interaction with internal and external customers of ProHealth Care. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

Location:   N17W24100 Riverwood Dr. Waukesha, WI 53188

Schedule:   Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm CST

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides instruction and guidance to the Cash Posting team members to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Serves as a resource for staff, which includes when other department leadership members are not present
  • Provides education and training to the Cash Posting representatives to support and enhance department goals and the customer service experience
  • Monitors the daily assigned work volume to ensure timely completion, troubleshooting any issues or problems throughout daily operations to obtain resolution
  • Monitors and reviews the work of others and reports non-compliance and/ or performance concerns to department leadership
  • Comprehends and verbalizes processes and procedures of the department and challenges current processes
  • Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency
  • Analyzes problems and provides correct information and solutions
  • Assists with department orientation and training new hires and existing staff
  • Maintains a high-quality work environment so other team members are motivated to perform at their highest level
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Cash Posting team members
  • Possesses the ability to sit side by side with employees as a coach and mentor by demonstrating strong technical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assists with department scheduling
  • Assists with department staff meetings and agendas
  • Performs a variety of tasks and assignments including special projects

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 
  • 2+ years of accounting and/or cash posting experience 
  • 2+ years of 10-key experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in office at N17W24100 Riverwood Dr. Waukesha, WI 53188

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Epic experience 
  • Previous leadership experience
