This Jobot Job is hosted by: Matt Tassoni Our client is a leader in concrete construction Computer ~ Phone ~ Job Title: Project Manager - Concrete Construction Must have at least 10 years experience of construction, design, finance, and management of concrete construction projects ~Be at least of legal working age due to nature of working environment ~Be willing to travel to job sites when required ~Be willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays when necessary ~Report to work on-time and work overtime when required ~Wear personal protective equipment in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA/MOSH/VOSH ~Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required ~Direct work experience as a Project Manager ~Strong computer skills with experience using MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Timberline, Outlook etc. ~Knowledge with human resource procedures regarding hiring, training, coaching, evaluating performance, and equal employment and affirmative action compliance ~Knowledge of concrete construction site operations ~A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
