Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment? If so, we are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our manufacturing facility's infrastructure, including but not limited to, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and other facility equipment. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth. 1st shift Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all facility equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and more. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the facility's equipment and infrastructure to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Assist with facility improvements and renovations as needed. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the overall efficiency of the facility. Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Journeyman card or state licensed electrician preferred Proven experience with boilers, chillers, repair, facilities maintenance, and HVAC systems. Strong technical and mechanical skills. vocational or technical training in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
