Remote System Integration Manager This Jobot Job is hosted by: Jeff Conley Global robotics company based out of India. We operate across four verticals in the Intra-logistic operations sector- 1) Robotics 4) Software 100% remote! (Mostly domestic, occasional international for our HQ visit) In general, must be open travels anywhere from 50-70% (without any constraints or limitations) Be responsible to drive the technical project oversight of the assigned projects including Design Approval Process (DAP), Functional System Description (FSD) in conjunction with local and head office project managers. Be Responsible for development of System Description of Operation (SDO), and Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) documents. Support Sales and Solutions in pre-contract activities as required to increase the sales activity. Technical support for both customers and internal requests on a case-by-case basis, and as assigned by the VP Project Execution USA. Provide Operational Training on the assigned projects. Carry out interventions on site to achieve the goals of the assigned projects based on scope, schedule, and budget. Support to other departments when requested and agreed with VP Project Execution USA. Inspections and audits of customers equipment for improvements and potential business opportunities. Must be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. ~Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, software or industrial engineering), or other related fields. ~Minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Material Handling, Robotics ~Must be willing to travel a minimum of 50%. Higher travel be required during the commissioning phase of the projects. ~Strong knowledge of PLCs and/or software preferred. ~Must have strong computer literacy – Microsoft Office 365 and be fluent with all Windows based operating systems. ~
