Job Details:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Business Development to join our team. This role involves focusing on R&D Credit in the Tax industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and customer service within the tax sector. In addition, they should have extensive knowledge and experience with R&D Tax Credit, Tax Credit, Tax Audit, 1120's, Section 41, Section 174, and Research Tax Credit. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and profitability.
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on R&D credit in the finance industry.
3. Leverage understanding of tax credit, tax audit, 1120's, Section 41, Section 174 to provide value-added solutions to clients.
4. Lead and manage sales efforts, including client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
5. Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
8. Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes.
9. Drive the research tax credit process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
10. Manage and mitigate risks associated with tax audits.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and customer service within the finance industry.
2. Proven experience with R&D Tax Credit, Tax Credit, Tax Audit, 1120's, Section 41, Section 174.
3. Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
4. Strong understanding of the finance industry, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
5. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and mitigate risks.
8. A proven track record in managing the research tax credit process.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
10. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams.
