Demand for senior housing is exploding throughout the country and with over one billion dollars of project experience across 10 states, we maintain an extensive senior housing pipeline across the Midwest and Southeast United States. We are looking to bring on Superintendents to lead upcoming projects that will be starting in the fall of 2023 and spring of 2024. Cell phone reimbursement Health, Dental, and Optical insurance Travel reimbursement Work on project from start to closeout. Manage the day-to-day operations of the project site. Assist in creating and maintaining schedules for the project. Coordinate all inspections with authorities regarding approvals. 5+ years of experience leading construction projects. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Willing to travel nationally to the assigned project location. The project in Winder, GA is 3 stories, 110 units of various sizes on a $50M budget.
