Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze mechanical systems using SolidWorks.
  • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate design concepts.
  • Develop and implement testing procedures for mechanical components and systems.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
  • Provide technical support to the manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
  • Generate technical documentation including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
  • Continually update skills and knowledge in the latest industry trends and technologies.

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of machining and tooling processes.
  • Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
