Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details
Requirements:
- 8+ Years Experience in Commercial Construction ($10M - $60M Project size is ideal)
- Experience with Public Works (School District Projects)
- Experience creating and assisting with look ahead and master scheduling
- Experience with any PM tools (MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.)
- Determine methods of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and work schedules
- Experience managing general budgets and overall project costs
