We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Contract Paid Search Planner to join our vibrant marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with our clients' marketing objectives. This role will require a deep understanding of digital media, Google Ads, Paid Media, and SEO. The candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This is a contract position requiring at least 2+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across various search engines to achieve clients' marketing objectives.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and selection to optimize search results.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in paid search, digital media, and SEO to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
6. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing clear and concise insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by testing and analyzing keywords, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with search engine and PPC industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in paid search planning or a related field.
2. Proven experience with digital media, Google Ads, Paid Media, and SEO.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients and internal teams.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficient in using various analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
7. A strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
8. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
