General Summary

A Director, Digital Transformation role is responsible for leading and delivering large transformational digital solutions to improve the Long-Term Care (LTC) customer experience. You will help to define digital solutions and delivery them into the hands of our customers.

In this role you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing IT products throughout the lifecycle to help ensure that digital solution meets the need and expectations of users while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives. As a Product Manager have an execution mindset and remove barriers, manage dependencies, and manage risk.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with technical product management background and customer centric mindset who have experience with Business Process Management (BPM) software like Pega.

Job Specifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant business experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience delivering value to customers through problem solving, analytics, and/or digital assets, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience delivering digital solutions that have a direct impact on customer experience.
Experience implementing Pega BPM highly preferred.
Technical product management experience highly preferred
Experience in leading and building a change culture with stakeholder management, Operational readiness & buy-in with strong communication.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking ability with strong understanding of Agile methods
Experience building and presenting complex cost benefit analysis to obtain buy in from senior leaders for company investment.
Strong skills in conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research and turning the results into actional recommendations.
Proven leadership ability with ability to lead, coach and develop others.
Collaborative team player; able to work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of backgrounds and areas across the organization.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Lead and drive large transformational projects to improve customer experience through digital solutions.
Manage business partnerships, business owner alignment, and stakeholders’ management.
Collaborate with business operations, subject matter experts, product owners, external vendors, and IT development professionals to define solutions and deliver to value.
Assess and reimagine processes to create transformational experiences through digital assets.
Identify specific business opportunities to address business needs or problems and help build effective solutions.
Remove barriers, manage dependencies, and manage risks to successful delivery and value.
In close partnership with the Product Owners, provide direct input into long term technology and digital roadmap strategy for the LTC area to ensure that solutions align with strategy.
Create business plans for assigned projects including the development of complex financial Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) and modeling, operational readiness, and financial Return On Investment (ROI).
Tracking and reporting project progress and KPI's.
Research, analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to quantify and identify business opportunities, issues, trends to recommend and influence actional recommendations.
Develop and implement change management plans while also acting as a champion of change leading organizations through digital oriented transformations.
Ensuring business readiness and drive adoption of the change.
Serve as a transformational leader by mentoring lower-level transformational specialists, and at times, directly managing a small team of professionals.
