A bit about us:
We are actively recruiting for an experienced mid-level associate to join a dynamic full-service California firm with practice disciplines that include labor & employment, business torts, general & professional liability, insurance defense, personal injury and complex class actions.
We are seeking an associate with defending design professionals, D&O level clients and other miscellaneous professionals across the spectrum of general and professional liability matters in various industries. The incoming attorney will have autonomy to take lead on cases and work with a collaborative supportive team of partners, senior attorneys, associates and legal support staff in litigation and complex trials. Interested candidates should have at minimum 2 full years of general liability, professional liability, insurance defense or personal injury civil defense experience. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
This is a full-time hybrid position with significant opportunity for professional growth and managing partners who have maintained a low turnover culture that values career enhancement, merit-based promotion and genuine camaraderie. Compensation will be between $135,000 - $195,000, commensurate with experience, and include a comprehensive firm-paid benefits package, unlimited PTO, 401k with matching components and multifaceted bonus structure.
