In this role, you will drive the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies developed within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technological innovation, and your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our company. Assist with the negotiation of, and management of licensing agreements with industry partners to ensure the successful commercialization of technologies. Collaborate with researchers to identify new technologies with commercial potential and assist in the patent application process. Keep abreast of changes in patent law and technology transfer regulations, and ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Promote the company’s technologies and intellectual property to potential industry partners and investors. Provide guidance and training to researchers and other staff on intellectual property protection and technology transfer processes. Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in law or academia, applied sciences, or similar field is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of experience in technology transfer, patent management, or a related field. Basic knowledge of patent law, the Federal Technology Transfer Act, and technology transfer processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities for new technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
