Vision Job Details Qualifications: Experience handling automobile and/or motorcycle accident cases
Additional case experience is a plus (slip and fall, defective products, etc.)
Plaintiff experience is strongly preferred
Candidates need to be licensed in one of the following States: CA, FL, NY, NJ, PA
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Trial Experience Responsibilities: · Complete handling of litigation case load
· Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
· Significant client interaction
