Personal Lines Account Manager- Immediate Need! This Jobot Job is hosted by: growing privately owned insurance brokerage growth opportunities Knowledge on all lines of business including auto, homeowners, flood, boat, umbrella, etc. ~Accurately file and maintain client data and activities in the agency management system ~Collect all information needed for quotes including inspections ~Shop new and renewal business accounts through insurance market within agency timelines and deadlines ~Market accounts to insurance carriers and/or provide required information to New Business Coordinator ~Finalize and confirm all needed items and documents prior to reaching out to insured ~Independent servicing of assigned book of business with premium of 3-5 Million ~Work with department processor to receive calls of any endorsement, payment, questions or claims ~Communication proficiency in person, by phone and through emails with team members and insureds ~Excellent Time Management 2-20 Insurance license / Customer Service 2+ Years in a professional office environment Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel 3+ years' experience in an independent insurance agency
