SEC financial reporting / internal management reporting Technical accounting issues (IFRS, Policy, Research) IPO readiness and S-1 financial sections, MD&A, and footnotes Post-acquisition integration support Divestiture support, including carving out financial statements Remediation of problem accounting issues / financial restatements Financial analysis Financial system implementations and conversions / business process redesign Complex account analysis / reconciliations related to growth or problem areas 3+ years of hands-on Accounting experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA or parts passed Domestic Equities / Funds, Equities; Financial Reporting / Statement Preparation; Working knowledge of Essbase, JD Edwards, Oracle, Peoplesoft, and/or SAP
