The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide variety of HR and Administrative tasks, including Payroll, employee relations, and onboarding of new hires.
Manage payroll cycle.
Track & maintain employee vacation / sick / holiday benefits.
File weekly federal and state payroll tax online payments.
Responsible for recordkeeping of benefits plans participation, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Assist with the performance management process.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but will consider equivalent experience
1+ year experience with Payroll processing preferred
Proficient with Microsoft programs; Excel, Word, Teams
